Terms & Conditions

Dates are held only after a written confirmation from us and receipt of the advance booking amount. Verbal enquiries do not reserve a date. Peak wedding season dates are released on a first-confirmed basis.

A non-refundable advance is required to block your wedding date. The balance is due before the service commences on the event day, unless a written schedule of payments has been agreed.

Bridal trials are chargeable and typically completed 2–4 weeks before the wedding. The trial fee is separate from the wedding-day package and is payable at the time of the trial. Products used during trials are premium HD & airbrush kits identical to the wedding day.

Travel outside a 15 km radius of our Ayapakkam studio may attract travel and accommodation charges, quoted in writing before confirmation. For destination weddings, the client covers artist travel, stay and local transport as agreed in the booking sheet.

Please share your muhurtham/ceremony time and photographer's schedule at least 15 days before the event. Kowsi will arrive at the mutually agreed time. Delays caused by the client, venue, or third parties may impact the final look or require additional charges.

Advance payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling within the same calendar year is at our discretion and subject to availability. Cancellations within 15 days of the event may attract additional fees to cover artist time already reserved.

Please disclose known allergies, skin conditions, recent treatments or medications at the trial. We use dermatologically tested, cruelty-free brands but cannot be held responsible for reactions arising from undisclosed sensitivities.

We may photograph our work at your event for portfolio, website and social media use, with your face partially or fully visible. If you prefer not to be featured, please tell us in writing before the event and we will honour it.

Our maximum aggregate liability under any booking is limited to the total service fee paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses, venue delays, weather, or third-party vendor issues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
